- All Tenancy Agreements will be Assured Shorthold Tenancies and will be offered on a 6 monthly basis.

- Email of text updates can be arranged if required.
- Flexible viewings that meet the tenant's requirements either weekends or week nights, which ensures your property can be let quicker.
- An annual rent comparable report to check your rent is the right amount or whether you feel it needs adjusting.
