1. Property Partners will provide its products and services as outlined in the ‘Property Partners+ Services’ to the best of its abilities at all times, but it is recognised by you that on occasions Property Partners may not be able to provide full or partial service due to events or circumstances beyond it’s control.

2. You can use any of the services outlined in the ‘Property Partners+ Services’ either individually or as a whole. At no time will you be restricted from any of the services unless this agreement has been broken.

3. Property Partners will only deal with your request during normal business hours. These are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Any requests sent to us outside these hours will be dealt with the next working day.

4. Property Partners will only provide Rightmove reports, either residential or commercial based on the information provided by you. However, Property Partners, may take the view that a wider search criteria is required in order to gain the information you request. This will be notified to you with the report.

5. Property Partners will advertise your house on Rightmove and Property Finder based on the information you provide subject to review. We will advertise properties on Rightmove and Property Finder with a minimum of one photograph to accompany the information.

6. Property Partners may enhance/alter any photographs to attract more interest in your property.

7. Property Partners will act upon your request once payment has been received via Paypal or Credit Card. Where an e-cheque has been paid Property Partners reserve the right to withhold the service/s until payment has cleared.

8. All prices quoted are subject to VAT.

9. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Us harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including reasonable legal fees) related to your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
