Property Partners offer a professional, reliable and personal service to all our tenants.
Our service includes:
- A comprehensive search in and around the Sheffield area to match your requirements.
- Experienced staff who will keep you up to date with progress.
- Adding your name to our already growing database and notify you by email or text of any potential properties to let.
- Arrange a time that is convenient with you to view a property including weekends and evenings.
- Offer you properties that meet the legal requirements in respect of Fire and Furnishings, Regulations, The Gas Safety (installation and use) Regulations and The Electrical Appliances Regulations.
- Offer properties that have a minimum of 2 smoke detectors.
- Arrange for your bond to be held securely in the Governments Custodial Scheme.
- Manage an inventory and schedule of condition, and ensure with you that it is correct and accurate when you move in and out.
- Property Partners will personally welcome you into your new home.
- Our 'Fast and Efficient' credit checks are completed within the same day. We also ensure your employment and landlord references are completed swiftly.
- We will give you a Personal Lettings Manager who will move you in and deal with any difficulties throughout your tenancy.
- Your Tenancy Agreement will be an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and will be offered on a 6 monthly basis.
Administration Fee
Property Partners don't charge Tenants extortionate administration fees. The Application and Administration fee is only £85.00 including VAT per tenant or £160.00 including VAT per joint application.
