Special Offers Terms and Conditions

The 'One Months Free Management' is only available to Landlords who do not currently use Property Partners for the management of their property.
Property Partners will not deduct the management fee (currently £37 per calendar month for rent below £500 PCM and £57 per calander month on properties where the rent is higher than £501 per month) on the first months rent received from the tenant. The management fee will be deducted from month 2 onwards.
Property Partners will still deduct the set-up fee and any other costs that are associated with the property, such as repairs carried out in the first month, subject to contract.
All monies will be paid directly to the landlord by direct debit.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer promoted by Property Partners.

The '6 Month Rent Guarantee' is only available to Landlords who do not currently use Property Partners for the management of their property.
The guarantee is underwritten by Homelet, and is subject to their terms and conditions.
The guarantee will take effect from the 1st day of the tenancy agreement for a fixed period of 6 months.
A guarantee can be extended but at the price stated by Property Partners at such time.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer promoted by Property Partners.
This offer is not available on properties where management has already started or where Property Partners are looking to take over the management of the property from another agent.

The management fee will be deducted from month 7 onwards.
Property Partners will still deduct the set-up fee and any other costs that are associated with the property, such as repairs carried out in the first month, subject to contract.
To claim your free 6 months management you are agreeing to a minimum 12 month contract with Property Partners. If you decide to withdraw the property within the 12 month period following the start of the tenancy period Property Partners will charge a fee of £299 that will be deducted from the monthly rent received from the tenant.
The set-up fee for this offer is higher than our usual fee agreement. For rents received below £500 PCM the set-up fee is £375 and £475 for properties with a rental income of £501 or more.
