Rent2Buy allows property owners to sell and prospective buyers the opportunity to purchase a property by way of renting it for a period of time (typically 3 years). In this time the tenant/buyer pays the monthly rent and an additional sum that builds towards the deposit so that after the 3 year period there is a deposit that can be used to complete the purchase.
