Vicky has twenty years experience in all aspects of Property Management. She has been involved in Lettings, Sales, Development and Management in the UK, Spain and the USA. Since 2004 she has worked with Balbir on building a large personal property portfolio. She now specialises in the Rent to Buy Programme, Sourcing Property for Investors and Property Management and lettings.

Balbir Bhogal - Senior Partner
Balbir has worked in Property Management since 2004, following on from a successful business career. He has extensive experience of Property Development and maintenance and in the last 5 years he has worked alongside Vicky in growing a property portfolio and has gained a wealth of knowledge in relation to the legalities of property management. Balbir specialises in the day to day running of Property Partners and staff management.

Sarah Caldwell - Position to follow
Sarah moved into lettings after 12 years in the Banking Industry. She has brought her attention to detail and people skills into the Property Management department and is thriving in the lettings environment. She is involved in property inspections, compiling inventories, finding tenants and the running of the admin department.
